Energy Juice

Juicing is a great way to get your share of vegetables in daily and a natural source of vitamins.  I drink this energy juice almost every day as it allows me to keep through the day.  I drink this juice as a snack between breakfast and lunch but it can be used any time of the day.

To make this juice you can use a ninja bullet, nutri- bullet, or any kind of juicer or blender.


One banana

Half a cup of spinach

Half  a cup of kale

One celery stick

A small piece of ginger (peeled)

Half a cup of  regular water or coconut water


Blend all of these ingredients in your bullet, juicer or blender and your energy juice is ready to be served!
