These Peanut Butter and Oat cookies are delicious and very simple to make. The preparation time is about ten minutes and the baking time is another fifteen minutes for this recipe.
One cup of all purpose flour
One cup of rolled oats
Half a cup of powdered sugar
Three quarters of a cup of peanut butter
One tablespoon of vanilla extract
One heaping teaspoon of baking powder
Preheat your oven to bake at 350 degrees F and prepare a non-stick baking cookie sheet.
Mix the peanut butter, eggs and sugar together.
Gradually mix in the vanilla extract, followed by the baking powder.
Then mix in the flour followed by the oats until the mixture becomes a solid, dough like mixture.
Use a table spoon to proportion each cookie and place the mixture into your hand. Make each cookie into a round ball and then flatten it so it looks like a cookie before you place it on the baking sheet.
Place the cookie sheet into the oven and let the cookies bake for approximately fifteen minutes or until they turn into a golden brown color.
