The Girl on the Train: Movie Review

I recently read the book The Girl on the Train and watched the movie yesterday. I don’t think I have ever read a book and then watched the movie version and found the movie to be better. I always find the book is better…perhaps because my own imagination falls into how I perceive the story. In this case I feel the same way. The book was much more detailed and intriguing as I felt that characters were played slightly different in the movie. Although the movie makers did attempt to depict the story through the narrative of three different characters in the movie, I believe that it failed to do the book justice. However, I do think that for those of you who have not read the book prior to watching the movie, you will find the movie to be full of suspense and entertaining.
