This is a great healthy dip which can be used to eat with veggies, crackers, bread or tortilla chips and can also be used in sandwiches and wraps. Its quick and easy to make and tastes delicious.
What you need:
Two large Avocados
One cup of Greek yogurt or low fat Sour Cream
Two to three Garlic cloves (depending on your preference)
Half a teaspoon of salt
Peel and pit Avocados. Combine all the ingredients into a food processor. Once you have it all pureed, scoop out all the ingredients into a bowl and stir them well. Voila – you have made Avocado Crema.
